在用了这个app之后我第一次意识到做家务这一类的小事也可以计时。
我从来没想过通过计时去看看那些造成拖延和心理障碍的日常琐事到底需要花费多少时间去完成。
计时之后发现，原来做这些琐事，并没有我想象中那么花事情，其实真的只需要这一点时间。顿时感觉心理上的负担轻松了很多。
之后再遇到要整理收拾打扫啊之类的事情，就感觉没以前那么难了。想到上次计时器告诉我，其实只需要这一点点时间就能完成，真的只是一件很简单的小事啊。
而且每天早上晚上都会收到来自app弹窗的鼓励，睡前还有鼓励。这一天哪怕过的很差，被人鼓励之后感觉也没有那么糟糕了。
对我帮助真的很大。
