If you think you can do it alone, download this app to help you realise how to actually find freedom. I will say… for women out there who are struggling, this app will work for you, it just won’t talk about you! It is mostly directed towards men, but that should not stop you from seeking freedom, it’s helped me (a woman), I just think the program developers could consider how to include women more- as it’s an issue we also struggle with. Some of the functions should have more instructions on how/when to use them for those using the free option. ### 5/5 — Women need help too *2026-05-03* I am enjoying this app and the program. For some like myself, finding real life accountability is hard and though it can be hard to find groups to start 6 month program with on the app, I am so so grateful for the few accountability partners I have. Even though I am struggling with Christianity, I can’t say whether or not it’s too faith forward for someone who hates the faith/God or not but it speaks on real life experiences and is helpful. As a woman, you may be tempted to use some videos directing things towards men as a reason to not keep fighting the addiction but please don’t!!! Some churches skim the surface and might mention how it’s a sin, but in my experience, it doesn’t go much further than that. That’s why I’ve taken it upon myself to gain control over my sin with pornography. With help from the freedom fight, I’m overcoming my addiction. After I complete the 30 day plan, I’m going through the SADL program. Then I am going to go through it again with my wife. My end goal is for my wife and I to start small groups to help others overcome their addictions. I just needed to be brave enough to admit I needed help, and then I still have to have the courage to talk about it openly so I can help others. Flagship premium program and I’m now certified. What was once in darkness has been brought into the light, and there is freedom and healing in confession and prayer first with God and with my brothers in my group. For years I’ve been looking for a tool like this, one that blends neuroscience with sound theology, and maybe above all — one that works. The Freedom Fight is all of that. The next-best programs I’ve seen have some great stuff, but they tend to be dated, incomplete, corny, or just not very good quality. Once I found The Freedom Fight and reviewed what they had to offer, I actually earned the SADL certification so I can help lead other people through their process; now that I have finished that, I can confidently say it has been the best professional training I’ve ever done.
