A 1/2 hour went by so I went in and got my stuff then once I finally got my stuff they substituted some of my items without my knowledge and upcharged me for these items, so I asked for a refund, then they told me because I didn’t have my card on hand there was no way for me to get a refund since I used food stamps. They then offered me to exchange the items which I did since it was my only real option but because I had to do my own shopping after that what was the point of me paying them to shop for my order!? I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed I will no longer be using their app it was my first and last time! ### 1/5 — Awful *2025-01-02, version 24.39.0* Most frustrating app. Put in chicken-no coupons found. Click on circular & shows you product but you can’t clip coupon, only add to shopping list. Then you go to list & says none found.
