The trading environment is solid, which is why I’m still using the app. However, the customer support system is extremely frustrating. Many times the support chat doesn’t open at all. When it does open, the chat often ends without any response from the support team. Then I have to start over by creating a new ticket and explaining the entire issue again. Emails also frequently go unanswered. Another concern is that genuine customer feedback is sometimes dismissed as “hate.” Constructive criticism should be welcomed because it helps improve the platform. Most traders raising concerns simply want to see the company grow and succeed. Please invest in fixing the support system and communication process.
