But mene 17000 ka two step account liya 25k wala 
Acha khasa 1700. $ ka profit tha 
Or inhone HFT rules laga kar account fail kar diya mene 25,30 mails kri inka response pehle aata hai your problem has resolved please check your account Ja kar dekha to account fail hi tha 
Phir 9,10 mails kri or last me likhte hum kuch nahi kr skte ab 

Bhai trust se badh kar kuch nahi h vo mat todo 
Log apna hard earn money le kar aate hai

The Trade Room and The Funded Room offer a great trading experience, and I genuinely appreciate the platform and the opportunities provided. The trading environment is solid, which is why I’m still using the app.

However, the customer support system is extremely frustrating. Many times the support chat doesn’t open at all. When it does open, the chat often ends without any response from the support team. Then I have to start over by creating a new ticket and explaining the entire issue again. Emails also frequently go unanswered.

Another concern is that genuine customer feedback is sometimes dismissed as “hate.” Constructive criticism should be welcomed because it helps improve the platform. Most traders raising concerns simply want to see the company grow and succeed.

Please invest in fixing the support system and communication process. A reliable support team is essential for long-term trust and success.

Please fix bugs like late triggering order, loading page, late data need to reload ,zooming and more little things please fix it . Thanks

Candles are good, don’t have to refresh charts unlike the web view also the app is quite smooth. App was much needed. Well done TFR.

Need some improvement this is just like a webview you need to refresh your home in order to check current pnl

Must work smooth as any other application, work needs to be done, still better than a webview
