This community is built for people recovering from narcissistic abuse, CPTSD, emotional manipulation, harsh self-criticism, shame, anxiety, people-pleasing, and boundary collapse.

Richard’s work is direct, practical, and psychologically grounded. The focus is on helping you understand what happened, reduce confusion, rebuild boundaries, strengthen emotional literacy, and reclaim a stable sense of self.

The app helps you stay consistent, ask better questions, learn from others, and keep moving when recovery feels isolating.
