Help information is limited on several aspects, mostly around player stats and how positions interact with team-on-team mechanics. Positively enjoy the team report and week-to-week formation impacts against opponents. Looking for substitutes or halftime changes to help manage player fatigue using reserves. Many of the ‘College Football’ ideas can be translated to make this a great experience. For players, long term success is building a young field of Academy players. Currently on season 2 after a rough first season but now I’m first in week nine looking to move on and it’s fun to just watch the games play out and feel the tension build hoping your team comes through. I will say sometimes I lose games I shouldn’t have lost but hey it happens. I would like to see maybe an update to watching your game maybe a bit more like the college one where you can see the field and see what’s going on every minute also the logo editing is a little glitchy and freezes sometimes. Overall though this game is fun and a great time killer. ### 4/5 — Good, but needs polish. *2025-10-13, version 0.2.4* This is a really fun twist on the manager sim, & a nice sister app to The Program. Some bugs & issues that I’ve noticed: -The badge designer is badly broken and only currently works if you edit one setting at a time, save, then re-open & continue. SUPER annoying bug that ruins setting up a team in the beginning. -Yellow Cards don’t actually seem to have any function right now, and 2 won’t cause a red card & send a player off, nor do they seem to accumulate for red cards over time. -Tactic changes/substitutions in-game & at halftime aren’t here yet, and would be a huge addition. Subs could work with a 3 or 5 sub limit per match, & could give partial XP, while halftime could work similarly to The Program. -Some pub goals are nearly impossible. They should be balanced a bit better, & last season’s results should have some bearing on where you start & squad expectations. A squad fighting relegation will be happy to finish 10th; a championship contender, not so much. -An assistant coach system that leveled up over seasons akin to The Program would be nice too. ### 4/5 — Potential is There *2025-09-11, version 0.2.4* Love the concept but can’t play it regularly until some of the systems are adjusted. Play against teams with a 5 worse rating and get beat 5-2. Not for me ### 2/5 — Great Potential Much work needed *2026-07-26, version 0.2.4* I loved their college football game so I was excited to give this game a try because I love football. The transfer system is nice idea but needs a work over. As of now you get one call to another team a day (while the window is open). You can sell or buy. (Only choosing to do one). All you see is a non specific area of the pitch for the player. (Fwd, mid, Def, GK) you can’t see a specific position. And when you go to choose the position they give you a random player from that team to choose to sell or buy. If you don’t want that player that’s it. You lose your call for that day and it’s a wasted day. There is not even an option to back out to the previous screen if you don’t want that player to buy or don’t want to sell that player. The AI does not call you for your players either. And they only want your top players at a much discounted price according to their price on the market. So if you sell you can only sell your top players at a discounted price and if you buy you buy subpar players over their market valued price. It would be nice if you can at least back out to the previous screen if you don’t want that player instead of losing the call for the day, the AI to make you offers and decent offers at that (at minimum their market value) for players they are interested in buying and if it wouldn’t be a random player from that team during the buying stage instead you can make an offer for any player on their team while the window is opened. Also once a match has started you watch it happen but can’t make any substitutes during the game . Especially with fatigue or if a player isn’t doing well it’d be nice to sub them off during matches. I have played 2 seasons and had a good team. Before each match they analysts in game say I am to win however during the first seasons I won only 5 games and second season with a much improved team and better than most in the division I won only 3 games. And I don’t just lose but I lost 5-1 or more almost everytime. This definitely seems strange to me. All in all I know it’s a game in development and I do think it has much potential. But if the devs can take a look at some of the things I mentioned and make some tweaks it would make the game much more manageable to play. Because with things as is especially the transfer system it makes the game unplayable for me. ### 2/5 — Needs more *2025-11-04, version 0.2.4* I want to like this game but it needs a LOT of further tweaking. Have played quite a bit and am no wiser as to an actual strategy to be a regularly good team. A few things that would help. - Needs substitutes - players declining at 25 is ridiculous. At least plateau them for 4-5 years from that age. Other observations. Too many to list. - regular high scoring games is not realistic - being a 10 point rating better team and having a 5 point fitness advantage, choosing the best strategy and then losing 5-0 is really not enjoyable. - training lacks quick improvement for players - need to put a few 0’s on the monetary system. ### 2/5 — Games fun, freezes a lot tho *2025-10-13, version 0.2.4* The game overall is fun, good gameplay aspects, but the game tends to freeze a lot especially in the creating club part and I have to redo everything I’ve done. ### 3/5 — Potential is there *2026-01-23, version 0.2.4* The game is fun. You can put the best team together and it still makes you lose 3-1 for absolutely no reason. If my teams a 24.1 and we are playing a team that’s 18.2. Why are they scoring 6 points against us? What’s the point of getting better players if the games still gonna make you lose easy games? Edit: I’ve noticed when you or the opposing team have a penalty immediately after the goal is scored by the opposing team and it says penalty shot Good game though. ### 5/5 — Sim fixes *2026-03-05, version 0.2.4* Only thing needs to fix the simming. Shouldn’t be losing to teams I have way better fitness than and overall especially while on a win streak. Moving up leagues almost guarantees numerous unreasonable losses even if your team is better in your first year. Excellent game though.
