Been working with Matt’s (the founder) programming since 2018 when it was monthly PDF’s with cool colors and lots of pain but lots of positive results. Now it’s a cool app with lots of pain and lots of positive results! Matt and the GainsLab team are absolutely brilliant and explain their reasoning and rationale behind their programming. They are very open with their knowledge and are always available to help. There are of course tons of programs out there but I’ve never ever found anything even close to as well thought out and logical and progressively structured into micro/macro/supercycles as this. Matt is EXTREMELY responsive to questions and feedback and is a stand-up guy. You can’t go wrong. Truly the best and that’s from years of experience. Nothing out there quite like it.
