Tried to login on the app with the same details ( user name and password) invalid apparently, yet no problem logging into my RHS membership account!! Then saw the app website is b2clogin.com which is the same as English Heritage. So tried that login combo ( user name and password) invalid for the app but OK for the English Heritage membership area!! Changed the password - still no joy!! Still you are using Microsoft’s password muddle! Always a pain! What an antiquated app! No way to download membership card or vouchers. Same info available to non members. Pointless! It so much better than last year where I had to continuously keep logging in although I’d already been logged in. Now nothing but an App. Can find no logical way to search for Partner gardens. I search for Wakehurst Place and the magazine comes up. If I didn’t know of a gardens existence, I wouldn’t find it here.
