I love this app. I’ve been using it almost daily for four months. The workout variety is outstanding, Kaylie is an excellent trainer. Her approach to intertwining yoga, barre, and Pilates while still honoring each is unlike any other I’ve found. I’ve been following her calendar and am in the best shape I’ve been in years!
