This game gave me the worst headache ever. I started playing thought ok I can do this then that’s when I realized you aren’t going to get far unless you have a fraction help. There is barely any help to build your buildings !!!! Barely anyone plays unless you are in groups that are in a top 10 biases good luck every getting into one. The building takes a very long time !!!! In the beginning sure no big deal. But once you get farther into it takes hours we aren’t even talking about an hour we’re talking about 16 hours. You have to have a construction speed up. To bring them down. There’s building investment mansions. That take days you want your t4 gooooood luck that takes 11 days !!! There’s ones when it takes 30 days !!!! You are going to waste your freaking life away. From the people inside the game. They will tell you you’re gonna either have a very hard time or spend thousands and thousands of dollars because your fraction group sucks !!!! I’m not going to pay for that I’ve leveled up by myself and I busted out crying because this is ridiculous!!!!! I’ve wasted a lot of time trying to get where I need because there are apps out there that conjoined with this app to pay you money to get to current levels. And I did not get anything I’ve wasted time spent with my family for this. Absolutely heartbreaking !!!! There isn’t enough help in this game and barely anyone plays at all like I said unless you are in a group that’s top 10 and always active. The events are the same. So that gets really boring because those top 10’groups take over fast. It’s not exciting This game really takes a toll on you And drains your energy fast You have a really hard time getting gold crates nobody helps you with raids it’s just impossible to get anything. The rewards are the same. You don’t get high high gold unless you actually pay for it and that’s a lot of money from what the people in the city chat even said it’s just not worth it You need over a million gold bars to level up without gaining the reward drops from the task. Because it says days to build. Nobody has time to wait around for a building or investments for days. There needs to be huge improvements and I’m not going to see that when I lost rewards from an app that I was supposed to get paid from they all expired by the time I finally got to where I needed to be. So my bills aren’t getting paid From playing this game. There’s no way you can get to mansion 25 in 7 days it takes 30 days to build. You aren’t going to get your reward for the hostage cell or the investment center or the t4 unlocked everything has to be maxed out at level 25. Alll your buildings have to be maxed level 25. Every time I try to send a form or an email I get silly little responses, but nobody is trying to help. Do not bother with this game. It’s a waste. ### 1/5 — App will not load? *2026-07-20, version 1.5.209* Stuck on loading screen constantly ### 1/5 — Stay away from this game app !!! *2026-07-17, version 1.5.209* This game is allowing its employees to interact with the customers, to attack them from time to time during the game while having more powerful troops, better weapons, and with higher levels of characters and turfs, and/or being in the TOP 10 factions of every single city (from city 1 where I was to city 613 where I was part of the Top 1 faction called “jokersonyou”) And this is to make the customers feel that the game has lots of activities, that the older cities are alive and there is a lot of action within them, and that the created factions (mafia clans or game groups that interact with each other) are recruiting new members (your character that just got created in the respective city-game) No matter what you do or how much time you spend, there will be a higher character that an employee will come with and will defeat you, beat you at the rankings….or piss you off and make you spend $ to be able to attack back his turf and troops. They can be attacking you or chat with you in the main city’s chatline, privately or within the faction you joined and will advise you to interact with the game….pretending they are like you….customers and honest users. Now….im sure the company will read this and will reply to my comment. But no matter what they’ll say in here there will always be a lie, an excuse, or a denial. Please….don’t bother to write back !!! Honestly, I do not care anymore about (1) this fake game, (2) the game’s bots with 400k T4 crew characters that name themselves differently everytime they are sent from older cities, or with a number at their end (see city 1: ILHAM or reversed MAHLI, RADAR 01, G O O G L E, or any other city), and (3) the game’s leaders or rank 4 members of these so called “open factions” allowing bots and spies to enter them and view the map where every faction member is positioned to attack them later on , (4) the game’s employees who pretend that all TOP 10 factions agreed they don’t attack each other (and suddenly a top one will attack a lower one pretending it was an accident or an allowance for 1-2 days), (5) the game employees (who know right after you have been attacked) are in reality the ones who actually attacked you and will start chatting with you and tell you that “this is an offence” and that “you need to get revenge” or “you should strike them back”…..but, in reality, they communicate with each other and spying on the faction’s members and attacking them while they are asleep or offline, or when they are distracted while another “user” chats with them.
