The Guard BJJ is a training tracker for people who take jiu-jitsu seriously. Live heart rate on the mat, real calories, and every stripe on the road from white belt to black.

Pair a Bluetooth monitor and watch your heart rate round by round. Zones Z1 through Z5, average and peak BPM. What your body actually did, not what your watch guessed afterwards. Syncs with Apple Health.

REAL CALORIES, NOT TREADMILL MATH
Tuned to your weight, your intensity, your session length. Not a number borrowed from a running app.

YOUR JOURNEY
Stripes, belts, championships, injuries, with the date of every milestone. Photos and notes on the sessions worth keeping. Private to you, until you decide otherwise. Follow your training partners and your gym, and see who has been on the mat.

PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE
A monthly target, a calendar that shows whether you really showed up, and a readiness score that tells you when to push and when to rest. Mat hours, calories, average BPM, week by week. Your streak sits on the home screen widget.

PREMIUM
Your live heart-rate curve on every round. Insights that name where your jiu-jitsu actually lives ("40% of this month was guard passing").
