No contact number but managed to find online and the rep was unhelpful saying to email but the email again is an automated response. I want to use the facilities what I have paid! I froze my membership temporarily while I was away, then requested to unfreeze it when I returned. I was told it would take around 20 minutes — it has now been over a week and my membership is still frozen. The app still shows an “Unfreeze membership” button, but every time I press it I get an error saying, “You’ve overstretched – We’re sorry, you don’t have access to this page.” So the app recognises that my membership is frozen, gives me the option to unfreeze it, and then doesn’t actually allow me to do so. I contacted support and the automated system was completely incapable of resolving the issue. Even worse, it then closed my query without any approval despite the problem still being unresolved. I’m paying for a gym membership I currently cannot use because of what appears to be an issue with their own system, and there seems to be no straightforward way to get an actual person to fix it. The first month they didn’t work for my guest. The second month they are now not showing up on my account as available to send, and there is nowhere for me to cancel the add on, despite the money coming out of my account.
