This is not about the nostalgia to a food that lost its taste, I’m okay with the compromise on quality. But come on, your app is so bad. Laggy, glitchy and looks like it was made in 2011. Also, while you order, they charge for extra stuff, so you assume the base will come with it but it doesn’t print it in the receipt at the store. Just a colorful loading screen with a spinning wheel that never gets tired of spinning. So I downloaded the app again — same problem. Why not wait until the app will actually start up before loading a new version to the App Store? Wanted to order from this restaurant tonight but looks like I’ll have to find something else. If you do decide to get your app working, it might be worth checking out the other reviews too. There seems to be a lot of major issues being reported, yet all the developer updates just say “minor bug fixes.” If you aren’t interested in making the app useable, why bother having one? ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work with ad blockers, False advertising *2025-03-01, version 1.7* Doesn’t even start. Claims you don’t have an internet connection when the tracker scripts are blocked. Enabling ads and tracking will let you through, but that shouldn’t be required and is not disclosed on the App Store listing. Falsely advertises rewards - like for your birthday - but never grants them. I waited over a year to write this in case I had originally signed up too late (within a month of my birthday). ### 1/5 — App is trash *2024-11-24, version 1.7* When attempting to scan, the camera does not focus. It does with any other app that uses the camera. So it can never scan the receipt. When typing in the last few months (September-November 2024) it says it can’t find the transactions.
