I’ve tried to put it in several times but it will not work for me. ### 1/5 — Garbage app *2022-11-23, version 1.0.6* Don’t waste your time. **Update** Thanks for the response. Here’s the reason why I believe this application is garbage. I haven’t gotten a loan approved yet. I put in request after request for all different denominations and not once. NOT. ONCE. have I received a loan. And now you want to charge a subscription fee. For what? The opportunity to get denied or ignored? No thank you. Worst app ### 1/5 — What a nightmare! *2022-09-15, version 1.0.6* So currently the app isn’t loading.. there is no way to get ahold of anybody to tell them it is not working. They don’t answer their customer service emails and there is no contact info that works either in the App Store OR on their webpage. It’s ridiculous. **Developer response:** Hi, we want to hear from you. Many users were not experiencing technical issues on September 15 so this may be a one-off experience. Nonetheless, it happened to you and we are extremely sorry for providing a poor experience and for the lack of responsiveness. We will need to dive into your account to ensure this problem is resolved, but we take complete responsibility and would like to earn your trust back as soon as possible. Weird that they send you a code but their app doesn’t recognize it. I haven’t been able to correctly fill out the app right. The otp ??? I put in my email address it send me the code number but that all I can do is look at them in my inbox ### 1/5 — Security concerns *2022-02-24, version 1.0.3* This app is not trustable because of a lack of security and privacy guarantees ### 1/5 — May be a virus *2022-02-23, version 1.0.3* After waiting months on a waitlist, I was finally approved to use the app. After downloading, the app doesn’t work at all. It’s formatting is off and it causes vibrating screen glitches in my phone. I have texted with someone who basically said we don’t know what’s going on sorry. So far this is the worst app I’ve downloaded from the App Store. **Developer response:** Building an app is hard. There are different phone models, formatting, etc. We want to get the foundational elements down first, and then constantly improve design elements. We apologize that your experience was so poor. We fixed a lot of the issues you outlined in later updates, but we fear that we may have lost your trust already. Would you be willing to give us one more try and/or interview with our Member Team so we can improve our app for future users? We value this feedback and it will only make us better. We hear you and we are working hard to get better every day. ### 1/5 — Unreliable and you should not download *2022-02-22, version 1.0.3* The app already has crashed multiple times and there is no indication how data is being processed and any security or privacy guarantees with how they are handling your personal data. I would not trust this application. **Developer response:** Hey, sorry for the extremely delayed response here. We will do better moving forward. Some users experienced app crashes when we started gaining thousands of new downloads at the beginning of this year. Our development team worked tirelessly to ensure we could handle that type of traffic and more. However, that had no bearing on the safety and encryption of your sensitive data. Our app meets or exceeds all industry standards with data encryption and security. The combination of the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256) and Transport Layer Security (TLS) helps keep your personal information safe. We require multi-factor authentication for added security to help protect your data in our systems and do regular testing and monitoring. We are a financial app and take your safety seriously. It is part of our daily conversations. We hope there is an opportunity to regain your trust during this holiday season as we have 10x our traffic since February with no crashes in sight! That’s because, this app literally won’t even open for anybody. That’s disgusting. Out of all the reasons for this app to not work for somebody, it’s because the app just won’t load? You really need to fix this or take the app down. It’s really frustrating. Especially if you need to get into the app if you have an active loan. Please try again. The button says “retry” And then every time I click, I get the same message. I tried removing the app and downloading it again. Sending this message to hopefully help your team fix this bug on iOS. 5 stars to help support your cause. ### 5/5 — Came in a pinch *2022-12-05, version 1.0.6* I signed up as a backer and I really liked how easy it was to invest and make money.
