I’ve been trying to get to the 2.0 version of myself. I’ve read many self-improvement books etc.Nothing really stuck or clicked until I got the Happiness Department app. I love the philosophy, the bite size classes that ask you to reflect on not just repeat what you’ve learned. Some of the concepts are not necessarily new, but I saw them with fresh eyes with the way it was presented. It made so much more sense and I really could integrate it so much better in my self-actualization plan. I definitely recommended this to my friends.
