### 5/5 — A Must Have tool in your toolbox

I’m so thankful my friend recommended this app to me. I’ve been trying to get to the 2.0 version of myself. I’ve read many self-improvement books etc.Nothing really stuck or clicked until I got the Happiness Department app. I love the philosophy, the bite size classes that ask you to reflect on not just repeat what you’ve learned. Some of the concepts are not necessarily new, but I saw them with fresh eyes with the way it was presented. It made so much more sense and I really could integrate it so much better in my self-actualization plan.
I definitely recommended this to my friends.
I think it’ll also be an amazing resources to teenagers as well.

I love the Micro-Moments of Awesome in the Daily Happiness Booster. I get a great quote, insight and a way to practise it everyday. AND it’s all done in less than a minute. 

Plus the mood tracker helps me reflect at the end of each day and keep record of how I am doing.

I used the Daily Happiness Boosters the most for their micro-moments of awesome. One minute. Feel inspired. Move on. And our kids have done the free courses on here with great results in congruency and making better choices.
