### 5/5 — Awesome! It works, it’s helpful.

*2026-01-23, version 2.4.7*

So far I’ve really enjoyed this app. It has truly helped me identify my emotions and how I can help my son through his tantrums. It’s even helped me understand trauma I experience as a kid but didn’t know had a name for it. Since I’ve been practicing these methods I’ve seen improvement in myself and my son.

One amazing perk is this app is free, another parenting app I thought would be good was almost $200?!! That’s crazy. I appreciate everything about this app.

### 5/5 — Too good for something that's free

### 5/5 — Nana Jana Banana

This is critical information that every parent would benefit from knowing.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-01-16, version 2.4.7*

Brilliant advice backed up by science, that makes sense and is easy to apply. I have been dipping in and out of it for over a year now.

### 5/5 — Eye-opening app

*2026-01-15, version 2.4.7*

I realized I was doing multiple things wrong, common things that everyone does. I just needed to do them at different times. The app is full of valuable information.

### 5/5 — Clear, concise, useful right away

*2026-01-06, version 2.4.7*

One of the best resources I’ve come across as a parent. Great advice in a very easy to use and well-made app. This stuff is *gold*.

### 5/5 — My review

*2026-01-03, version 2.4.7*

This app is amazing. It’s free and it helps you be a better parent. You should also check out the other one that’s called being in love while parenting or something like that.

### 5/5 — Grateful

*2025-12-28, version 2.4.7*

I am so grateful for this app. Thankful for the wonderful advice and research provided without charging me to get it. I went searching a few weeks ago for some guidance with my approaches to how I react to one of my twin toddlers behavior and this app has been a super helpful tool. Not only has it opened my thoughts on my actions with this particular child but also all my children AND my husband. I am excited to continue learning and building better bounds with the ones I love. Thank you to The Happy Child for caring enough to share this knowledge free for all to see and grow from!

### 5/5 — Must Read

*2025-12-21, version 2.4.7*

Brilliantly explains and summarises key relationship points.

### 5/5 — I can’t tell enough people about this app

*2025-12-16, version 2.4.7*

I’ve explored many of these theories over the years, but this app takes everything and delivers it in quick, bite-sized pieces that are incredibly easy to digest. It’s a game-changer for busy parents eager to improve and do things better!

### 5/5 — Absolutely Essential & Fantastic

*2025-12-15, version 2.4.7*

Possibly the best app on any smart phone. The only app free of marketing advertisements, purely scientific, teaching lessons that will for sure change the quality of human life for the better.

### 5/5 — Great parenting tips in daily lessons

*2025-12-09, version 2.4.7*

I really enjoy learning how to be a better parent with The Happy Child app. Not only is it free to use, it’s well organized and full of little tips to improve your relationships - not only with your children but also romantic relationships. Great tool if you want to become even better parent. And better person.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Продают не то что рекламируют

*2025-12-24, version 2.4.7*

В рекламе четко показаны игры и способы проведения времени с детьми, а по факту разрозненные советы по воспитанию, которые можно легко найти в интернете или ИИ.
Ерунда, не тратье время

### 1/5 — Misleading ad

*2025-12-18, version 2.4.7*

There is nothing about fun game ideas with kids, just some random advices.

### 2/5 — Buggy

*2024-03-02, version 2.4.7*

The content might be okay but the app is horrible. Opening a video takes forever, or you have to open close several times for it to work. The comprehension checks make me feel a bit dumb tbh.

### 3/5 — Really Gives a different perspective

*2025-05-31, version 2.4.7*

Just started exploring this app and seems very informative so far…

### 3/5 — GREAT CONTENT

*2025-01-21, version 2.4.7*

The content is fantastic, but the app needs a bit of debugging. After completing a part of the course and you go back to main menu, all parts are invisible. The resources are also fantastic, but it would be great to have a large printable version of just the emotions so parents can get kids to point to them. Really informative, just a few tweaks to make the app better. Thank you research team!

### 3/5 — Не то

*2024-01-14, version 2.4.7*

### 4/5 — The Happy Child-Parenting App

*2026-07-29, version 3.0.49*

great information to help our children and love the way they teach…

### 4/5 — Great concepts

*2025-06-27, version 2.4.7*

I haven’t gone through all of the app’s modules. So far, the information provided is logical. They have explained the chemistry of deep bonds (hormones), the parts of the brain that are activated when a child is upset, and some techniques to help get your child through their emotions in a healthy way. In short, worth your time to add more tools to your parenting toolbox.

### 4/5 — Great overall

*2025-04-19, version 2.4.7*

Could interview more people more offer to gain more overall knowledge not all situations are the same

### 4/5 — Helpful

*2025-03-02, version 2.4.7*

Informative and easy to navigate

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Excellent app! Highly recommend!

*2026-08-18, version 3.0.49*

Short lessons that give an insight into the world of emotions and which are delivered with clarity by specialists in the field of child development. Recommended it to my friends and family who love it too.
I learn something new everyday. Thank you 🙏🏼

### 5/5 — So far so good

*2026-07-03, version 3.0.49*

First of all I love that this is FREE. We want to help our kids but so many of us are also just surviving and spending more money isn’t going to help us be less stressed in our parenting journey. I also haven’t used the ai features or paired up with hubby yet but I’m excited about that. Short videos and lessons are also helping me retain the info and build little by little.

### 5/5 — Requires push notifications

*2026-07-02, version 3.0.49*

If you don't give it notification access it won't freaking leave you alone about it. Every time you come to the home page it forces you to say "not now" and you can't turn it off. What ever happened to a "no" option? I'm so sick of apps that don't respect your desire to be left alone.

### 5/5 — Very impressed

*2026-07-01, version 3.0.49*

So much knowledgeable information, and things that make you go hmmmm! Looking forward to the next lesson.

### 5/5 — Love this app

*2026-06-11, version 3.0.49*

As a mother of a boy with ADHD, parenting can be more challenging. I constantly feel like I’m doing it wrong, even with the help of therapy. This app has been incredible in explaining why changing my approach will work and how to do it. I know I need to, I just need to know how.

### 5/5 — Great logical advice

*2026-05-25, version 3.0.49*

Living the app. Logical, science based advice. Simple to follow,
understand and implement.

### 5/5 — Jayne

*2026-05-21, version 3.0.49*

Amazing app, I could really relate to a lot that was said and have found new ways of doing things moving forward that I will look to put into practice. Really helpful.

### 5/5 — very helpful apps

*2026-03-24, version 3.0.49*

very good and helpful applications

### 5/5 — Lo mejor que un cuidador puede descargar

*2026-02-16, version 3.0.49*

Es una tremenda aplicación, que además es completamente gratis, los consejos son maravillosos, prácticos y muy claros. Definitivamente es un must en la vida de cualquier familia.

### 5/5 — Excellent parenting app

*2026-02-08, version 2.4.7*

Want to parent in a way that your kids turn out well? Check out this research based app.Bite sized, super helpful lessons with videos and short quizzes. I have a masters degree and used to teach parenting classes— this is better.
