Jess is a fantastic teacher, she has huge knowledge and the app offers many great sessions for breathwork and wellbeing.

This app is a constant companion which I can turn to in times of stress and I know I’ll find what I need. In a busy and fast paced life, having Jess in my pocket with breath work and movement that supports my nervous system is an absolute must. So grateful for this!

The app combines live breathwork exercises, journaling, meditation and movement  with Jess with lots of classes on-demand, and useful resources. It’s really helped me build a healthy routine and I am grateful to Jess for her expertise and commitment.  It has improved my sense of wellbeing and how I approach each day.
