### 2/5 — Great! When it works

*2025-06-23*

It disconnects every half inning then you spend 3-5 minutes restarting it and testing it. And 3-5 minutes means you just don’t use it

**Developer response:** Hey there! Thanks for the note. It sounds like a bluetooth range issue. Make sure you're using Class 1 earbuds for the best range and be sure to keep you phone in the dugout elevated and in good line of sight to the catcher and you should be good to go. ### 4/5 — Works as intended

*2025-04-23*

This app works best using a headset for communication. The integration with the Apple Watch seems a little lacking. Unstable connections seem to cause intermittent communication. Using the Bluetooth feature with a headset works great though. No problems communicating to the catcher or pitcher from the dugout. I would love to see offensive play calling intervention down the road. Coaches are always telling plays across the field, having the ability to call that to a smart device would be great. Make it customizable with a menu. “Bunt, sac bunt, delayed steal etc.” let coaches install their own plays and you’ll be GameChangers once again.

### 4/5 — Great app for pitch calling

*2025-03-11*

This is great for pitch calling and communication with a catcher. The only thing keeping it from 5 starts is the “ding” before the pitch comes in makes it hard to distinguish between pitches sometime and there is no option to turn it off.

### 3/5 — Works okay

*2024-09-06*

It works great just has a little lag

### 5/5 — Headset

*2024-08-25, version 1.12*

I love this

### 5/5 — Headset App is a Game Changer!

*2024-08-11*

I coach at a small private school with limited funds. Our headsets broke and we cost too much to replace. We started using the Headset App this Summer and we LOVE it! It is so much easier to setup than traditional headsets. We don't have to charge batteries or buy extra batteries. Our coaches love using their own headphones or earbuds. The connection is superb and crystal clear. We use these in practice each day because they are so simple to setup and connect. I cannot recommend this app highly enough. It will truly change the way you coach.

### 5/5 — Awesome App!

### 5/5 — Awesome App

*2024-07-26*

App is very easy to set up.

### 5/5 — A welcome change!

*2024-06-06*

We have some coaches that don’t like Bluetooth and we got them some hardwired headsets and the rest of us are using our own Bluetooth devices. Saved a pile of money vs traditional sideline headsets along the way!

### 5/5 — Common sense, practical app

*2024-01-17, version 1.09*

I am a football coach and I used the headset app this season when my headset system needed to be replaced. It worked great and I never had any issues with the app. Buying the right Bluetooth or wired headset is important. Found one on Amazon for $40 that had a mic and that made a big difference. Half of our coaches just used their AirPods. Highly recommend!

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2026-06-16, version 1.0.951*

It doesn’t work

### 1/5 — Connect to OpenFit 2’s

*2026-03-07*

I tried to use this App, as a trial not because it was recommended, and found it do not work as I’d hoped. In fact, it took away my ability to even hear audio output from my iMac laptop. So for me, trying to connect my OpenFit 2’s to my iMac laptop I was unable to make it work as “Easy” per the App’s claims. I completely would believe it is due to “operator error” rather than the App not working, but for me it did not work as I’d hoped.

### 1/5 — Too complicated

*2025-05-28*

Needs multiple users set up instead of just connecting to a Bluetooth device on your own phone.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. Our app is designed for team communication, so it requires multiple users rather than a single Bluetooth-only connection. Setup is quick once accounts are created. You can see how it works step by step here: https://youtu.be/4eY7jJGGrWE

### 1/5 — App

*2025-04-19, version 1.0.741*

Great idea! Didn’t work figure it.

### 1/5 — App

*2025-03-23, version 1.0.728*

No user friendly

### 1/5 — Connection

*2025-03-10*

Would be a ton better than if you could an Apple Watch connected to the coaches iPhone. Having to have two phones for watch connections is annoying.

### 1/5 — Price

*2025-02-25*

Too expensive

### 1/5 — Not user friendly at all.

*2024-12-02, version 1.558*

I downloaded the Headset App because the advertisement said I would be able to relay pitches to a catcher. I spent over half an hour trying to set it up to no avail. No option to dedicate a channel to relaying pitches was offered. Only option was voice communication and I couldn’t get that to work to an Iwatch either. The App is pretty useless. Will delete. Before paying $200.00 for this, I would strongly suggest that you download and make sure it will work in the way you want!!!

I found it Useless.

### 1/5 — Head Coach

*2024-10-22*

Hardly worked and when it did it was intermittently. Had to bring the old set to make sure we had comms

### 1/5 — Bad

*2024-10-11, version 1.558*

Horrible connection

### 5/5 — Great App for calling games

*2026-06-05, version 1.0.951*

The Headset App is a great! Saw a real by @Chipsperformance talking about it and checked it out. We have introduced it to our team and the guys like it better than our signal play calling. It’s a great way to help player development and improve their understanding of calling pitches during a game without breaking the team or personal budget by going with a $3k+ system. It’s simple to setup and the range is great.

### 5/5 — Pitch Calling

*2026-05-06*

Awesome device must have for hs teams

### 5/5 — Great app! Easy to use

*2026-03-13*

This app is exactly as advertised. Far more affordable and a better experience all the way around. Easy to use, and a common sense alternative to the old expensive systems!

### 5/5 — THIS APP IS REVOLUTIONARY

*2025-08-22*

This app has streamlined every part of our team. From practice to games, the quality of communication has improved immensely. Would 10/10 recommend this to any coaching staff at any level of play.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2025-08-22*

Best headset experience I’ve had as a coach!

### 5/5 — Morsaws

*2025-04-11*

Great and easy to use

### 5/5 — Best way to communicate

*2025-03-19*

I got to use this during a winter football tournament for the first time. I was able to communicate very clearly with my QB1 on the fly, help recognize the blitz and make adjustments on the fly as well. This app is a must have for youth level coaching.

### 5/5 — Socal

*2024-09-22*

We love it for our team

### 5/5 — Clear

*2024-09-06*

App works well with just about any headphones. Of course the more expensive the better. I use nano headphones and it’s literally clear. No echo unless beside each other of course but I love it.

### 5/5 — Surely this will take over…

*2024-08-27*

This app’s functionality along with its extremely budget friendly entry point can instantly bring even the smallest of schools up to today’s tech standard for sideline communications. Do your staff a favor and make the move!
