Have "downloaded" multiple times but does not show up on desktop.  Shows as "Purchased" in App store.

I have been a long time subscriber to The Herald Bulletin. Every day it ask to create a account or login.
I talked to paper and they say nothing wrong on their end. They told me to contact you.
Appreciate the help.

Wish we had the paper seven days a week. There is news seven days a week not just five.
Even a breviated local online edition on Tuesday and Sunday would be great.

I Love getting the paper daily on my phone & usually read it before I retrieve it in my outside paper box!  I still scan through the paper when it is delivered & my husband loves the crossword puzzle!  I Always follow the deaths because as we get older, we know so many!
