It looks like someone invested a lot of money in this and built a great-looking app with tons of useful features. Unfortunately it’s completely nonfunctional.

Every meal I got came too me Luke warm or cold ice cold. Ice cold plate for breakfast made all food instanty cold. chili in slope side cold, pizza from champions arrived cold. For what you folks charge you should get hot food.

The information in the app is good, but the ski tracking does not work. The app doesn’t record runs unless you have the screen on and open to this screen, it won’t work in the background like other apps

So the mountain is always wonderful, but what happened to the slopeside Menu?? Some things are better left alone. Updcaling doesn’t mean not serving food that is family friendly. And no Pizza deliveries anymore to slopeside. Crazy I say. And  the Spa is gone. 🙁

I’ve been looking at Boyne Highlands website and now App for one full day trying to figure out simple answers. They seem to only be promoting “Happiness Card”, which is fine- but give better information. If pools are open/closed, more info about renting skis/snowboards, how to purchase tickets much easier, and much more. The website and app for sure needs a looking at because it gives very little information. Giving it a 4 star though because I have a house here :/
