The app is simple and easy to use. Large choice . Quick delivery’s ### 3/5 — Love the app but app notification hell *2023-12-13* Great shopping experience but like so many shopping apps, it’s impossible to tailor the in app notifications. I don’t want to be spammed with new promotions, ideas etc several times a day. Great product selection though ### 1/5 — terrible service *2022-10-06* this is actually the only review i’ve ever written and judging from the others on here, it looks like i got a really bad deal with this company. i bought a wacko maria tee from the app, after having wanted it for weeks at this point. it took five days for them to reach out and say “we’ll refund your shipping because we’re having problems with your order” but i took it at face value and assumed i was still getting what i ordered. nope. they emailed me two days later saying that they couldn’t source it or something and therefore i have to wait another 5 - 7 days just to get a refund. considering what i ordered was in stock for so long it just really put me off ever buying from here again. ### 2/5 — Poor app *2022-04-23* App wouldn’t accept my address and unable to use gift card on the app but the store don’t have the trainers in stock! Almost unusable from trying to set up an account to then being offered discount codes on website and none of them being accepted at check out to say nothing of the scroll function when putting in an address doesn’t work half the time. Fancied a few bits so got stuck in, tried to add stuff to basket but got an error message. Nice one.
