Their customer service is slow too. I think as their market has grown, the quality has gone down. For the high price, their quality(especially accessories) is low. I am not going to shop there any more and the app is deleted as well. ### 2/5 — A little off putting *2021-01-16, version 1* I have been a customer for years but feel the quality has gone down. I have recently gotten a few headbands and they hurt. One made of burlap is even falling apart. Perhaps now that this has grown so big quality is taking a hit. I also hate the bragging poster about how great life is and how she wants to go to Paris.
