The future stars issue with the 3 Philadelphia players on the cover will not download. Every time i try to do so, it keeps asking me if I want to purchase it. But on the website they can be purchased individually. Nothing loads on my iPhone, but will load on my iPad. it's constantly logging me out of my subscription on its own. It's total garbage. Praying I'll be able to use the Apple News app down the road for my hockey news subscription like i do for others. Hey Hockey News I'm paying for your content and I can't read it because your horrible app is so bad. Every issue I choose asked me to pay for it. I’m logged in, I logged out deleted and re installed the app and nothing. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous *2024-06-19* Wish I could show you a picture of the ads that block out everything. This company has really gone downhill. It’s quite sad. I wrote this a number of years back. Things have changed and not for the better. The app is basically an ad for subscription. The website is an ad for near everything in the world. Barely usable with all the ads now. It never talked about hockey just boring player stories that a parent would read to his child who played hockey. Unfortunately my son is not a hockey fan. These articles did not get him interested either. Too much junior hockey and Women’s hockey. Hard to care. Need articles about the daily operations of the NHL or just hockey tips. Won’t accept my account number either, or what I thought was my account number on my latest issue. Why doesn’t my account online, on the website, show my account number instead of trying to figure it out what it is on the mailing label?! Subscriber since I was in my teens. I have contacted the developers and The Hockey News and have not received any replies. If the problem is not resolved, I will likely discontinue my subscription. It was lacking prior to current ownership but has since beefed up. Can’t wait to have things back to normal and have a more consistent publication schedule (only knock against it). I see all of the negative feedback regarding this app and it makes me nervous. I say this because so far it has been flawless for me. I love it. It hasn’t crashed. I can see every issue clearly. I still have my print subscription which I am glad for but this is handy if I’m out and about and don’t have my print version. So I am hoping that it’s not all going to come tumbling down.
