Really enjoying exploring this app and learning a lot as I go. I’m trying to focus on my wellbeing and mental health and this app is perfect for that. Keziah is extremely informative and her positivity shines through. The mini meditations are perfect for a quick destress and focus. 
I would recommend this app to anyone who wants or needs a little guidance in this busy world.
