Even helpful hints for budgeting that have come in very handy! ### 5/5 — So Easy to Use *2024-11-29* I love this app. I pay all my bills using it, deposit checks, and check the balances on my accounts almost daily. ### 1/5 — Latest update is trash *2024-02-08* I’ll never understand why people “fix” things that aren’t broken. The latest update is complete garbage. The mobile deposit barely works. It takes several tries for your check to be accepted. I’ve never had this problem before the update. ### 3/5 — External transfer needs fixed *2023-10-15* App is just fine aside from 2 things. I believe most people would prefer to see their savings and checking balances separately. When you have overdraft protection it shows your combined balance in your available checking funds. So it’s a duplicated number, which could easily cause one to misread their balance. The real issue is entering your birthdate in order to verify your info to use external transfers. It doesn’t allow you to manually put in your birthdate. It shows an image of a calendar with todays month and date. You have to press the back button month to month all the way back to your birthday in order to select it. For most people this means pressing that button literally hundreds of times. Thanks THSB HOMETOWN!!! ### 1/5 — Mobile Deposit *2021-07-26* Everything else is fine, but the mobile deposit does work right, or at least didn’t for me. I did the whole deposit thing on Friday and then called, said that unless I got it in by 4pm it wouldn’t be there until Monday. Monday rolls around, still not in my account, and my endorsement apparently wasn’t correct, so I had to snap the photos several more times, so I call again after finally having everything correct. They tell me it will be there by 6pm. How convenient. They close by 5 for most of the week. I check after 6pm, and the money STILL IS NOT in my account. So not worth the stress and stupidity of it.
