Healthy.  Very nice instructors .... drink lots of water before and after. 🤠

I have been going to The Hot Room for over a year now and I’ve taken over 225 classes. It would not be an understatement to say it has changed my life for the better. I enjoy the variety of classes, the availability of times throughout the day to take classes, the variety of yoga styles, the intensity of the Pilates, and the occasional pop-ups that keep things interesting. Some of the teachers are new, others are veteran instructors. I have enjoyed learning from them and supporting them as my practices have evolved.
