Welcome to the world of matcha. The Humanist is a matcha-first café on Melrose, built as a small escape from the rush of LA. We specialize in ceremonial-grade matcha, whisked fresh to order. Not a matcha person (yet)? We also pull classic espresso drinks and serve a variety of freshly made toast, perfect for a quick bite.
