The spinning icon just spins and often times out. ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-02-19* Upon login you must search for your organization. It doesn’t show you a list of organizations to choose from, it just randomly assigns you to an organization with a similar name. So fliptastic for instance, puts me in a group located in Oklahoma, with no option to choose a different group with the same name (looking for fliptastic located in Ohio.) so it’s useless. Can’t login without first selecting your organization and can’t functionally search for an organization. ### 1/5 — Displays no details *2026-02-06, version 2.52.0* App doesn’t display class details, whereas web version does. Now, no matter how many times I update it it’s still not working. I cannot use any piece of the app. It doesn’t even show my kid enrolled in her class that she is definitely enrolled in. Specifically, for my gymnastics studio, they post evaluation results but every time I try to see them the app shuts down. It’s frustrating. Other than that huge glitch, it’s ok. Nonfunctional. *2025-08-31* My dance studio switched to this app recently, and so far, we ALL hate it. It's impossible to navigate: the wording of each section is confusing ("book for class" is for kids classes. "Appointment" is for adult classes. They don't explain that; i had to figure it out). How to book a class? I still don't know. From what i can tell, it's a 6- or 7-step process that SHOULD be way simpler, as it is on other apps.... And if you get confused, you might be signing up for a class when you thought you were just clicking for more information. Some adults are accidentally getting charged $75 registration fees that are only meant for kids' classes... None of the names I enter that are associated with my gym have a match.
