I’ve been a loyal customer for over 6 years and it’s never been this bad. The amount of glitching and freezing to the point where every few scrolls down it freezes. If I click on an item it almost ALWAYS comes up as an error message which then I have to press the retry button multiple times just for it to reload the product. And don’t even get me started trying to search for an item, completely irrelevant filters and items just pop up and flood the app. I literally just end up closing the app out of frustration and don’t even want to purchase anything anymore. What’s even worse is their automated responses to general customer concerns/complaints. SO many of your customers are having the same issues as me and nothing has been done about it for months. Adding wish list items to a board is difficult and often stops working. Website is much easier to navigate, I would not choose to purchase through the app. ### 1/5 — Overpriced items *2026-07-17, version 4.204.2* Paid $282.25 for an item a 33 days ago, today I saw the same item has been price matched at $189. Contacted customer service who cannot help as it has been over 30 days since purchase, can even return the item as missed the return window. Informed customer service is a shame that they have lost a loyal customer over their overpriced products and also lack of customer support and empathy. ### 1/5 — Order problems *2026-06-07, version 4.203.1* Always have issues putting orders through won’t let payment go through. ### 1/5 — TERRIBLE — Misleading and unhelpful *2026-05-20, version 4.203.0* Weird and misleading information about promotions, manipulative about email subscription, then being forced to download the app, to get a promotion that is not applicable. My order went through without the usual card verification, which didn't allow me to double-check before paying. And then, an AI chatbot, leading to an unhelpful person refusing to cancel an order literally 1 minute after ordering by mistake!!! Is that the brand image and customer experience you want to provide? The app is poorly designed, no appealing at all, looks mechanical to me. I shop a lot just not with the iconic like I used to ### 1/5 — App not working *2026-02-19, version 4.199.0* I can’t checkout, when I open a page about product the app freeze, I have to cancel the app and open it again. Tried multiple times still happening. ### 1/5 — Bad experience *2026-02-03, version 4.199.0* Very disappointed with my recent experience. One of my orders was supposed to be delivered on 19 January, but I only received it on 3 February, which is an extremely long delay. Throughout this period, there were no proper tracking updates or clear communication about the delay. For another order, there was no update at all for more than 15 days, and suddenly the order was refunded without my knowledge or any prior message or explanation. I was not informed in advance, which was frustrating and unprofessional. Early delivery promises and accurate order updates are very important, especially when customers are waiting for time-sensitive purchases. This experience has seriously affected my trust in the service.
