It was 1am, I was wired on vitamins, and totally overstimulated. I opened the In10tional app on a whim—and within 10 minutes of starting a meditation, I turned it off and was asleep. No endless scrolling, no frustration—just calm, grounded, and out like a light. I’ve tried so many sleep tools, but this one actually works. Highly recommend if your brain won’t shut off at night.

I love the In10tional app! It’s beautifully designed, easy to use, and actually helps me slow down and check in with myself. My favorite feature is the Mood Check—I can quickly tap how I’m feeling, and it suggests meditations and tools that match my mood. It takes the guesswork out of self-care and makes it feel simple, not overwhelming. Whether I have 5 minutes or 30, there’s always something that helps me reset and refocus.
