## What is The Incorruptibles?

The Incorruptibles is an index of companies devoted to human flourishing: US companies whose legal structure protects their mission from short-term shareholder pressure.

The index covers statutory benefit corporations (Delaware-style Public Benefit Corporations, Benefit Corporations, and Social Purpose Corporations), Certified B Corporations, steward-owned companies, perpetual purpose trusts, and golden-share structures.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Browse the full index: 1,500+ companies, each with its governance structure, mission, industry, headquarters, and sources.
• Filter by governance type, industry, status, and state.
• Ask the Mission Advisor: a chat assistant that finds companies by what they make ("who makes peppermint tea?") and explains governance concepts in plain language, like the difference between a benefit corporation and a B Corp.
• Open any company for the full picture: how its mission is protected, what it does, and the sources behind the entry.

Every entry cites at least one source. The index is open data (CC BY 4.0) with an API.
