Has potential but a waste of time and money unless the controls work. ### 1/5 — Excommunication *2015-03-09* A great Disappointment. Waisted Money. The voices are vastly overacted, as if for children. The sounds are unrealistic. Since when are cicadas part of an office background? The office sounds more like a stove pipe. A trial version would have been nice. I certainly would have decided against it. One shouldn't trust an AppleVis recommendation at face value. ### 1/5 — More testing was hneeded *2013-03-12* Well I was enjoying the game, but I was hasty with my review. The items in this game are in a ring, and the game often repeats items in the ring. Furthermore, there is no way to reverse direction, so you need to go through all the items just to get around the ring. This makes the game very tedius to play! ### 1/5 — Crashes and super buggy *2013-03-07* No where worth the money. Major issues cause the game to be only playable up to a point and then the bugs make it so you're unable to continue! Too bad as it was pretty fun, until it kept crashing. I hope these issues get fixed. I'll update this if so. ### 2/5 — handles like a pig *2020-08-06* Nice idea, spoiled by poor design. The whole game handles like a pig. it’s basically a seeker game with a plot thrown in. You seek out certain items to work out the story. Good idea as far as it goes but, the inventory is inaccessible for the majority of the time, the game commands don’t always work or they work incorrectly. I’m not even sure if you can use two items together or not. There are limited graphics which is no use to any blind person with some useful sight and for all the inquisitor is forever talking about not wasting any time it’s really all he seems to do bobbing about from one location to another and finding out precious little. There’s wine, he could offer it to the guard but by the time you’ve worked out how on earth to access the inventory and managed to open it the chance is gone. I love this game but when you go to Cal carriers and you go to your room there’s a lot of roaches to kill. Please fix this. You can get help on all the chapters, but use the help feature sometimes. Also, if they put up inquisitors heart beat again, I would very much recomending downloading it again, or purchasing it. That has a lot of fun puzzles, and a very very good story line. Very good game anyway. now I have a newer device, and it works a lot more smoothly, without the crashing, for the most part. Grate job. It's expensive but the cost is worth it considering the excellent voice acting and the fact that you can play in three languages.
