## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.2.2 — 2026-09-24

New layout in the navigation bar as well as an e-book & protocols page.

### 1.2.1 — 2026-08-26

A more direct way to book. Experts set the hours they work each day and connect Google Calendar; clients pick a time in fifteen-minute steps grouped by morning, afternoon and evening. Times show in 24-hour or AM/PM depending on your device.

A proper receipt after every payment, saved under You so you can revisit it any time.

Dr. Joanna's Health Programs are easier to find from her profile, and a new page lists every e-book in one place.

The companion is calmer and quicker to the point. It knows when a conversation needs a real person rather than an AI, and says so clearly.

Small fixes to how practice tiles display on smaller phones, and the expert panel loading correctly for every expert.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-08-22

Health Programs, nine protocols from Dr. Joanna, followed week by week.
A companion that remembers your conversations.
Sounds and frequencies for focus and rest.
Sessions you can move when life moves.
Smaller fixes throughout.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-01

The Intend has a new look. Lighter, quieter, and closer to how the whole thing was meant to feel.

There is a featured session from every expert now, so you can see what working with someone actually looks like and book it in a tap. Three new e-books have joined the library, on hormones, on ageing well, and on gut health.

I Am opens straight into a written library of affirmations rather than making you wait for them.

Session times finally show in your own timezone, whichever country you and your expert are in. Notifications live in the app as well as on your phone. Anything you save or like is kept to your account rather than your device.

And you can now pay in four with Tabby, interest free.

### 1.0 — 2026-07-10
