Why am I getting all those notifications when someone likes me when I can’t see who that is? As a customer, I really don’t care that you need to make sales. I care about my user experience and those notifications are just annoying. How are they effective for me if they’re not getting me dates (like the matches)? Your goal should be to get us more matches and dates, not to annoy us with your pushy sales strategy. It didn’t make me buy, it made me delete the app, as much as I like the concept. The crowd on here seems to be into actually dating rather than just endlessly chatting which is pretty common on other apps. I love how dates can be organised through the app to really make sure no time is wasted (great for busy people!). It's created an atmosphere of people actually looking to date rather than people endlessly chatting and it leading nowhere. It has a refreshing feel to it, like oxford street at 6am on a sunday. matches quickly get to the nitty gritty of things (eg mutual appreciation for frozen daiquiris or rosé wine), and you get to interact with someone genuine fairly promptly. I no longer have to faff with waiting for endless matches to evaporate from my feed quicker than the sahara desert (bumble) or scrolling through dozens of catfish/spam matches (tinder). great minimalist interface and video mode during these dark covid times. ### 5/5 — Amazing *2020-03-11, version v1.6.1* The app is fab! Most profiles smoked, desperately wanted kids, or lived in another city. And I got tired of manually checking those details in 10 profiles a day and dismissing all of them. So I decided to pay the £20 and set the filters so I might only see men I find compatible on some basics. After a few days I realised that I was still being served up smokers, people from different cities, and people who wanted kids. The filters do not work. I was getting only 2-3 profiles per day instead of 10 and they didn’t fit the filters. Its absolutely brilliant, its also nice to have the chat option with the intro staff, which other apps fail to have. One thing I see that the extension of the first call was recently introduced, I think time limit and this should be optional and I could kind of choose a time limit and my date would get the message that I’ve set the limit but can also start by conveying this verbally on the call, so not really an issue more of a planning on user’s end. I really love the fact that it pushes you to give feedback on each date, which makes it all a bit more real and also makes people a bit more serious about the experience. Ghosting is so no. 1 thing that everyone seems to do when they don’t feel they match with someone, so let’s all be a bit more respectful and even if it’s a “no” learn to speak up and politely pass the message.
