## What is The Irish Yank Academy?

The Irish Yank Academy is a coaching app built around one thing: showing up and doing the work.

Whether you train at home, in a commercial gym, or somewhere in between, the Academy gives you a plan to follow, the sessions to do it with, and a simple way to keep track of how it's going.

FOLLOW THE GROUP
Every week, a new set of follow-along sessions built from the Academy's class library. No thinking required — press play and train alongside everyone else. Sessions run 35 to 55 minutes and change every four weeks.

GYM PROGRAMMES
Structured strength programmes with sets, reps, tempo and rest prescribed for every movement. Log your sets as you go and see exactly what you lifted last time, so you always know what to beat.

CLASS LIBRARY
Hundreds of follow-along classes you can filter by length, equipment and body part. Five minutes or forty, kettlebell or bodyweight, full body or targeted — find the session that fits the time you've got.

COACH-BUILT TRAINING
Elite members train on programmes written personally by Daniel, structured across twelve weeks and adjusted as you progress. Every exercise comes with a demonstration video so you're never guessing at form.

THE 365 TRACKER
Log your weight, steps, water, protein, calories and sleep in seconds a day. Watch the trends build over weeks and months, not just days.

MACROS THAT MAKE SENSE
Answer a few questions about your training and your goal and get calorie and macronutrient targets calculated for you — a starting point you can actually work from.

PROGRESS PHOTOS
Private, secure, and only visible to you and your coach. Because the scale doesn't tell the whole story.

BUILT AROUND A COMMUNITY
Announcements and updates from Daniel keep you connected to what the rest of the group is working on.

The Irish Yank Academy is coaching for people who want structure without complication. Show up, do the work, keep track. That's it.

Membership is required to use the app. Fitness and nutrition guidance provided in this app is general in nature and is not medical advice — consult a physician before beginning any new exercise or nutrition programme.
