This app really helped me stay ahead of the game and land back in my zone safely! Good stuff.

### 5/5 — Frequent travellers must have

Absolutely love this app! It made managing jet lag so much easier and helped me adjust to the new time zone. The tips are practical, easy to follow, and really helpful for getting back into a normal sleep routine. A must-have for anyone travelling long distances. Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Practical tips to avoid jetlag

Used this for a recent international trip and found the pre-trip strategies helpful. Will use again

### 5/5 — Sri Lanka to LA with way less jet lag

*2026-09-09*

12.5 hours of time difference usually wrecks me for over a week, so I wasn't expecting much. This helped more than I thought it would. It gives you a simple day by day plan for light, darkness & sleep, and it was easy enough that I actually stuck with it.

The first couple days were still rough, but by day three I felt mostly normal and wasn't fighting to stay awake in meetings, which is a big improvement for me. You do have to follow the light timing for it to work. The reminders help. Wear sunnies when it says no light. Worth it for long distances.

### 5/5 — Amazing!

This is a game changer for travel! My jet lag was so much better using the strategies in the App. Will use again for my next trip.
