Then I could better choose which location to go before having to drive there. ### 2/5 — Wait time would be nice *2026-03-15* Wish the app had a wait time or to see how many people are checked in before you. A check in system like great clips. Something like that since we have to drive 30 minutes to get there. Or shows busy times for that location. Also, a way to check out in the app. We got there waited 15 minutes sitting in the car since there was no where to sit or stand at the location, it was all full. no one left so we had to tell the receptionist to check us out since we couldn’t from our phone. **Developer response:** Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. Not only on the day it’s open, but a monthly schedule that I can see even when it’s closed. ### 3/5 — Useful but annoying *2026-01-22* 100% of what I use the app for is: checking in. However when I tap the “check in” button, instead of checking me in, it opens a pop-up that says: “we noticed you’re at a Joint! Want to check in?” — and then I have to check a second button to check in. This is incredibly unnecessary and obnoxious as a user experience. Previous review: “Infinite loading screen Not even an error message. No UI. Just infinite logo.” — a really horrible failure mode, which the devs should fix. In my area on certain days only one office is open and there is one doctor that is horrible! I’d rather not have to drive 45 minutes to a clinic that’s open only to find that doctor is there. If this could be added to the app, that would make this good app, GREAT! ### 3/5 — App stopped working *2025-12-24* I actually really like this app. You’re able to see which chiropractor is working that day, and you’re able to sign in which is super convenient. Giving this a three star because the app doesn’t load anymore. This has been going on for more than a month now, and nothing has been fixed. I never have my location on, and I don’t enjoy having to turn it on for an app. I wish I could check which clinic my doctor is at BEFORE opening time for the clinic, that way I could plan my day before the Joint opens for business. Would love to see a feature that shows how many people are actively in the queue. The only 2 things it doesn’t do is allow you purchase a package and it doesn’t adjusts you at home.
