Now can I rate gannet, USA Today and the journal news??? I didn’t think so… I can no longer access the content. It takes a long time to load and the states I do not have an internet connection. It was constantly making me sign in even while I was reading. Many positive articles about democrats and about liberals and their ideas and extremely few about Trump and republicans. Opinions and not facts from your journalists turns me off. I only subscribe to your paper for local news. Worldwide news, I read elsewhere. After several attempts the app will open but will freeze and/or be blurry so you can’t read the pages. This started January 1 and never had an issue before. Also, keeps wanting me to access through Facebook. I don't want a Facebook account, can't I just access a web site for a newspaper I am paying to subscribe. I called tech support about the problem. They do not have a clew. I don't think they were aware of a new app called "The Print Edition". I guess if you want the Rockland Edition you are good to go. The app seems to be an improvement over the browser based e-newspaper. After talking with tech support I am not able to access the browser based version of the newspaper. No quality control, idiot reporting that looks like it is done by third graders, and basically everything they write is an editorial with a HARD socialist/liberal bent weakly disguised as a hard news story. If quality runs the market, then everyone in this organization should be unemployed and searching for jobs shoveling manure since it is all they are trained to actually do.
