I can’t search topics from the homepage as it glitches . Please can you fix this bug

### 3/5 — Impressive yet disappointing

*2024-09-23*

The publication’s good cultural coverage is neutralized by a self-defeating unhinged political slant that borders on soft propaganda.

### 2/5 — Not relevant

When I click on insta story doesn’t land on the actual article on app .

### 5/5 — The Juggernaut: A Dazzling Deep-Dive into South Asian Stories

*2023-12-01*

Having recently subscribed to The Juggernaut's annual plan, I've been absolutely captivated by the richness and depth it brings to the world of journalism, particularly in covering the South Asian diaspora. This platform stands out not only for its quality of content but also for how it engages its readers with thought-provoking and often underrepresented narratives.

What sets The Juggernaut apart is its fearless approach to topics that are often overlooked by mainstream news outlets. The platform delves deep into the intricacies of the South Asian experience, bringing to light stories that resonate profoundly with its audience. It's not just news reporting; it's storytelling that connects and enlightens.

Take, for instance, their compelling piece "The Last Nizam of Hyderabad Who Wasn’t" - a fascinating dive into history that uncovers layers of identity, legacy, and cultural shifts. Similarly, "How South Asian Americans Make Thanksgiving Their Own" is a beautiful exploration of cultural integration, showcasing how the diaspora blends traditional American holidays with their rich heritage, creating new traditions that are both meaningful and reflective of their dual identities.

The Juggernaut's exploration of international solidarity in "Bangladesh and Palestine: A History of Solidarity" offers a unique lens on global geopolitics, reminding us of the interconnected struggles and shared histories that transcend geographical boundaries.

Moreover, their coverage of global trends with a South Asian twist, as seen in "Dates: The Sacred Superfood that Withstood Millennia," exemplifies their ability to connect regional staples with contemporary global narratives, making the publication not just informative but also relatable and engaging.

To me, the Juggernaut is more than just a news source; it's a vibrant storyteller for the South Asian diaspora. Its dedication to uncovering underrepresented stories and presenting them with depth and nuance makes it a must-read for anyone looking to understand the complex tapestry of South Asian history, culture, and its global impact. This publication is a gem, one that continually enriches its readers' understanding of a region and its people with resilience, diversity, and profound cultural richness. As a new annual subscriber, I am thoroughly impressed and look forward to diving deeper into the stories that The Juggernaut has to offer. 😇

**Developer response:** Thank you for the support! Happy reading.

### 5/5 — Love the product - expertly designed UI

*2022-08-10*

Huge fan of the original storytelling and the way Juggernaut is amplifying voices of the diaspora. Excited to see the community grow and see how they rethink the business of media, especially relevant in today’s day and age.

### 5/5 — App for the south Asian diaspora

*2022-08-03, version 2.1*

So insane so good. Impressed every day and blown away every second. It’s like intravenous mangos.

### 3/5 — Cancellation is not intuitive or easy

*2022-07-28, version 2.1*

There is no where to view subscription or any details.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Problematic app

*2026-03-29*

This app didn’t allow me to turn off Notifications. It is one of the reasons I am canceling my subscription. You have to make it more user friendly. There is no easy way to change the settings for this

### 1/5 — Hard to cancel subscription

*2025-03-05*

Good content but difficult to cancel subscription. It looks like you cancelled but it really doesn't.

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback, NinjaNobo! We've noted both suggestions and will add these to our next app update. Happy reading!
Edit: fixed as of v3.1.5!

### 1/5 — Scam

*2025-03-04*

Beware of subscribing, because they won’t let you unsubscribe. Two years in a row I cancelled my subscription, but somehow that gets reversed and get resubscribed somehow? The first year I lost $70 and this year luckily my card expired.
Very angry about this! My bank wouldn’t even help me out.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2024-10-27*

The app experience was frustrating from the start. Creating an account was unnecessarily complicated, yet it allowed me to make a purchase without even needing an account. If purchases are possible without registration, what’s the point of forcing users to create an account in the first place?

### 1/5 — Login not working and payment wasted

*2024-07-05*

I bought the 99$ subscription because I enjoyed a few articles - but now I can’t login to the app despite resetting password and I can’t use the premium subscription and it asks me to subscribe again. Haven’t heard from support either so hopefully this review gets some attention

**Developer response:** Hi virde, we are extremely sorry you had this experience! Please rest assured that we strive to fix any issues users face, and are happy to issue you a refund if there was an error on our part. We have addressed all tickets sent to support, but I wanted to check in to ensure that yours was addressed. We cannot identify your subscription account from your review for privacy reasons, so please feel free to reach out to suyash@thejuggernaut.com and reference this reply if the issue persists or for faster help in the future.

### 1/5 — Costly affair

*2023-11-06*

Why would I pay 80USD for a newspaper subs? High time you bring the price down. Thanks

### 1/5 — Terrible customer service

*2023-08-25*

Avoid at all costs! As other reviewers have noted, cancellation is very difficult to do. Even when sending a written request to them to cancel, they refuse to do so, and continue to charge the annual subscription fee. I was initially excited to support this up-and-coming journalistic endeavor, but quickly soured by the terrible service.

### 1/5 — Couldn’t rate it any lower

*2023-05-20*

I subscribed to their free subscription to see what the articles were like however, a day in when I went to cancel the subscription, the website and app neither would allow me to actually log in. Tried and failed every day. So they eventually charged me and when I reached out to them to organise a refund they dragged emails out for days. After sending them the proof of the website and app failing to load, they never even bothered to respond. The website nor app work for me and they have no response to a consumer refund. Absolute disgrace in the name of journalism. I wish the company were based in Australia I would have lodged a complaint with the ACCC.

### 1/5 — Poor app

*2023-04-09*

Extremely poor app that is forever hanging

**Developer response:** Hi, Aarathi V! We're sorry you had a bad experience with our app. We've significantly changed the app since your review and are confident that you will have a better experience with newer versions of our app. We invite you to try our app and would welcome any feedback. Thank you.

### 1/5 — They auto charge for a full year without any reminder

*2021-11-24, version 1.0.4*

Terrible customer service.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Outstanding

*2025-10-19*

The articles feature a distinct south Asian perspective . The magazine is offering a great journalistic quality.

### 5/5 — Authoritative

*2024-09-01*

Well researched, well written and well thought out articles that provide a nuanced view about India.

### 5/5 — Needs more articles that discuss Hinduphobia

*2024-05-25*

I love that that Juggernaut gives a platform to South-Asian/Desi Americans to share a perspective that was so deeply lacking when I was growing up. Although they ignite much needed discussions on racism, colorism, islamophobia, I wish that they would give more attention on Hinduphobia and the Hindu genocides going on in different countries. With that said I loved reading the Juggernaut and I’m glad I subscribed to it.

### 5/5 — Excellent reading

*2024-04-24*

I have been enjoying these articles and photo-journalism immensely since discovering Juggernaut a couple years ago.

### 5/5 — Great news app, few small tweaks

*2024-03-07*

Great stuff, I love it, few notes. There should be a button to save an article after the article has been clicked. Also for the articles you click from the bottom of the current article, the app should redirect to the top of the new article (not start at the bottom)

**Developer response:** Thanks for your feedback, NinjaNobo! We've noted both suggestions and will add these to our next app update. Happy reading!
Edit: fixed as of v3.1.5!

### 5/5 — Fantastic!!!

### 5/5 — Terrific Redesign and Thought Provoking Content

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback, Niloy! Happy reading.

### 5/5 — great app

*2024-02-23*

**Developer response:** Thank you, podcastaddict213! Happy reading.

### 5/5 — Forever a subscriber

*2024-02-23*
