It’s slow, requires me to log in every single time, and doesn’t even allow iOS to remember my credentials. There’s no option to use Face ID, which makes the login process unnecessarily frustrating. I was surprised to see a 4.8-star rating—until I realized most of the reviews seem to be for the Jungle Movement facility, not the app itself. The staff members were courteous and accommodating, and they gave us a tour of the facility-without me having to ask. Although both of my boys have differing athletic abilities, the staff treated them both with respect. When we got in the car, they both said they had the best time and can not wait to go back. The environment provided for the children was safety with freedom-which is hard to accomplish, but they did it.
