Im just wondering why the game hasnt come up with a new story line to add to the story section as i have completed all series and levels of the story section of this game. Also, the rubies and coins you guys used to give out got lesser as the level of the player gets higher. I went from collecting maybe at least 15-25 rubies per fight to now just 9? The battle section used to give me at least 10 coins per fight and now gone down to 4? It doesnt make sense…how are we as players supposed to improved our chosen characters if what u give us are very limited amount? Im not asking for lots of coins or rubies but a reasonable amount….also, i’ve spent money on purchasing rubies but y’all dont GAF. I was still collecting lower amount of freebies as my level got higher. Regardless whether you’re playing this for free or paying, this game is only good in the beginning. And please update the story section of this game or add the new story line. Playing battles and the dungeon section gets boring in time. The controls are easy and it was pretty fun to play. However it gets to a point where you have to level up to do “missions” or you’ll get whooped. The biggest issue however is the absurd loading times. When you start the game it’ll download data (roughly 3-5 minutes or even more). It got to a point where it was just ridiculous. They show rates that you will get a certain fighter, but they’re probably not real. If you do a 10x fighter summon it’s not uncommon to draw two of the same fighter usually lower rated even though the rate is less than 2%. Sometimes you’ll get silver fighters twice even though they’re rates are less than 1%. It happens all the time. The numbers don’t add up. They will give you gold or purple fighters sometimes. But it will be extremely rare. When you max out your gold or purple fighter u will also get duplicates of those fighters even though the rates are .061%. I’ve gotten duplicates of all of my maxed out purple fighters despite the rates being .061%. I’ve drawn nameless at least 5 times since I maxed him out! Maki I’ve drawn 4 times How is that possible with .061% chance? The numbers don’t add up So approach with caution if you want to buy rubies to get fighters u might end up wasting hundreds of dollars. ### 3/5 — Game keeps crashing *2021-05-28* Hello netmarble I had a huge problem. My game won’t let’ me complete story quest, and it’s keeps crashing and puts me back on Home Screen all the time. I tried leveling up my fighters, battle cards and even my rank but it’s stills doing it all day. Can you please fix this mess please because I can’t play this anymore. Just for a update patch or something like that for offline. Until I lost a card needed for epic quest 2 which support refuses to give me, stating I sold it when I didn’t. I can no longer do ANYTHING. I have an iOS phone and literally can’t do anything. My 10,000 rubies just disappeared too, so I expect to get those back too. I would like there to be an update as soon as possible so I can get all my stuff back and be able to get the Boss characters before they disappear. To add on to these problems, I can no longer play this game with data anymore. If it’s not wifi, your game doesn’t load past the loading bar with the cinematic before the start screen. Fix this bug ASAP. How do you expect me to play when I literally have to be anywhere where there’s wifi when I could be playing with data in the car ### 1/5 — Played since the beginning, quit *2021-04-16, version 1.8.0* I played this for about a year. It was the only mobile game I liked. Gradually, this game started taking more and more time out of my day. 3 hours was about the max to do all the daily stuff. It started to get redundant and boring, but I'd spent a lot of time and money on the game. Then, I noticed the mods wouldn't fix stuff, like how one of the 7Knights was defective. I'd do her special move and the enemy would become invisible and unbeatable. There was a huge imbalance to PVP and other vs mode stuff where you could no win not matter what. Did I want to play a game that was rigged? I felt trapped though because of spending a lot of money on this game. Plus, there were a lot of characters that I liked. One day, I spent $75 on spins to build up Mai and Athena, who were released as the strongest players. My money got me nothing and 20k rubies added to that got me a 2-star Athena and level 90 Mai. Btw, if you can't level up a character, they're useless after a while. This game was rigged in a way where my hard earned money got me nothing in return. So, I stopped playing one day. One day led to a month and I feel like I've quit a drug. Sometimes I'm tempted to open the game, but then I remember how my money was completely wasted. Since the Seven Deadly Sins collaboration is going on right now, I really love it. Especially the Lostvayne Meli they give you out for free! By the way, HE IS A BEAST!!!! This game is very smooth and just is such a good game to play! Now the Major problem about this game, The banner rates are terrible! They give a 2 percent chance to get a SSR and it’s just so annoying. Like for example, I am summoning for the Seven deadly sins banner, and I get no SSR which is so annoying. It hurts even more because The seven Deadly Sins show and game is brilliant! But it’s no luck getting them! Like even whales struggle just to get an SSR and that’s just even worse! See you! ### 1/5 — Used to like it but now I don’t *2020-09-25, version 1.6.9* Unfortunately this game is one of those games that get lost in money mode... it was supposed to be a fighting style gatcha game, but now it’s obviously just a “give me your money “ type of game... I mean, they use KoF franchise to attract old people (no offense, cause I’m one of them lol) that feels the nostalgic of one of the best fighting games of all times and try to “steal” the maximum of money they possibly can... the new players probably won’t ever feel the frustration of the senior players that have been playing since the beginning and maybe that’s why the developers don’t care about the senior players... they only care about the money that the new players will give to the game... the WORST part of all this is that they shut down the PVP MODE! And they totally ignore all the questions about when pvp is coming back, but at the same time they keep doing pervert stuff like gender bends (meaning they are transforming male characters into over sexually females) and other kinda of stuff that are upsetting a lot of players... but anyway, good luck everyone! Thank you! ### 1/5 — Changed rates and devalued game overnight *2020-06-06, version 1.6.0* This company has a lootbox system that was of a certain percentage rate that eventually guaranteed the product after a certain amount of in game currency was spent. As of the most recent updates the loot boxes not only don't guarantee a product being delivered, but they misrepresent rates due to the necessity of drawing up to 8 times of a specified item decreasing the rate exponentially. This happened while I and many others have played the game with stable rates for months. On top of that these changes were implemented in tandem with an announcement informing the users of the change. This is far too arbitrary and betrays consumer trust. I daresay that this violates consumer protection laws regarding loot boxes. Caveat emptor. I will be reporting this to the proper authorities as well. ### 1/5 — Rigged *2020-06-05, version 1.6.0* This game is so rigged. I was excited for the ruby event and when it came I started summoning for FES fighters only to get screwed over because I blew all of my 20K rubies and not a single FES fighter got summoned which I fight so hard to believe it’s so irritating because they say the chances are higher if you select your fighters you want and you would think I’d at least get one fighter but NOPE not a single fighter whatsoever. I’ve spend some money on this game here and there I was in love with this game but after seeing that I didn’t even get a single fighter and just kept getting Choi, Chang, repeated bronze characters it made no since and realized I wasted my time waiting for this even for nothing. I will be deleting this game and won’t be coming back. Don’t get addicted to this game. Netmarble did this to Marvel Future Revolution a couple of years ago - Fantastic Game! Loved it - Great Reviews like this one and they shut it down leaving everyone disappointed. Netmarble give us a good reason why you all are shutting down this game other than you just ran out of crativity? There are lots of characters from Street Fighter Duel you can pull from and cross-over to this game. Dont just pocket the money and walk away. It is based on connection speeds not actual skill. If you have any lag in connection you lose, don’t bother trying unless you are hardwired into the main server. There is not another game that causes me to rage quit as Dream match. Stop tying milestones and rewards to this game mode. It’s a “fun” idea to play with characters you may not have, but being a “live” battle, makes it infuriating. The Street fighter 6 banner has been the absolute worst since this game started. At least there was a chance at getting the free characters ranked up, now it’s purely about $$$$$$$. First of all, there is a bug which prevents from awakening characters through memory. Also, and most importantly, the dream match mode, which was my favorite mode, has been removed. And funny thing, it hasn’t been mentioned anywhere. In the help section it says go into Battle, and then Dream Match. But the problem is, it isn’t there! It’s just disappeared! Emergency dodge doesn’t work, nor does the block it seems. How do you defend yourself against a character like Armor Kings infinite grab spam, or any of the DoA 6 characters, or Those cheesy knights characters are cheese.
