## What is The Kuzari?

The Kuzari (Sefer HaKuzari) is Rabbi Yehuda Halevi's classic work on Jewish faith, written around the year 1140. It is built as a dialogue. The King of the Khazars sets out to find the true way to serve God, puts his questions to a philosopher and to the scholars of other faiths, and finally turns to the Rabbi, whose answers unfold across five essays.
