I used this app—it was simple and easy to setup and use. I assumed I would have a feature where I could print off a receipt so I could get reimbursed. It did not, but I contacted their customer service. They responded quickly and were nice to deal with. They provided me an invoice that I could submit for reimbursement. I could start all my machines at one time and didn’t need any quarters. The App even notified me when my machines were done. ### 5/5 — Very convenient! *2019-11-03* I love this app. I am not always able to get quarters when needed and enjoy the added convenience of using my credit card. Works like a charm for me. I don’t understand the problems others are having. I also received my loyalty reward of $2.75 as promised immediately after first use. I have yet to see any reward pints for use just yet and the app could be clearer if it’s awarded daily, monthly, or yearly. Another customer showed me her rewards and she accumulated a lot so I know it works. We’ll see. I use this app about once a week to do 1 super duper load so I don’t expect to see a lot. I added my credit card while on home secure WiFi and haven’t had any problems selecting it and paying.
