This app will help you fall in love with yourself again as you nurture and fuel your body, discover your fullest potential, and unlock your healthiest, happiest you.


The app is designed for everybody. You can decide how many days per week you would like to move and train as we seamlessly integrate wellness practices, habits and rituals into your daily life - however short on time you are. With live sessions and workouts including mobility, yoga, and science-based stretching, a library kitchen of healthy and delicious recipes, breathwork, meditation, and live online social events, you'll be part of a community like no other.


You can also connect your Apple Watch to the app to track your progress during live workout sessions with Victoria.


This app promotes a healthy and balanced lifestyle that is achievable for everyone to follow.


Your workouts will have a range of intensity levels, but they aim to be inclusive and for all fitness levels, with sessions from 5 to 45 minutes.

We have been using Health Kit to facilitate users to track their health data when they do workouts, They can enable the iWatch option from the Devices section under Account, the User has to open the iWatch App and Start Session, Those health data like Heart Rate and Calorie Burn will be seen in Workouts Menu under Accounts
