Totally inaccurate information on bus service and arrivals. Worse: my family and I were abruptly dropped off in the middle of nowhere at 10pm on a winter night by a driver who could not deliver us to our destination. He told us we would have to wait 30min for the next bus. No support, no guidance. And, an obscenity as he drove away in a bus “not in service”. If this is what you call a public service, I would hate to see how you treat those suffering. Dropping this app as the most $#%*! I could possibly subscribe. The employee on the line wasn’t very helpful or informative and said there had to be something wrong with my phone because he didn’t know where I was getting my departure times from. He said the next bus wasn’t until 12:50.
