The LIFTED Method by Holly Rilinger will make you feel clearer, stronger and happier! LIFTED’s meditation-infused HIIT, strength, spin and yoga/mobility/recovery classes challenge you both physically and mentally. The LIFTED Method offers a no-excuses platform, where you can take in-person classes at our full service East Hampton studio, or do livestream and on-demand classes from home or your gym. Small group and private coaching also available. Nutritional coaching and positive psychology coaching rounds out your wellness. Additions to the East Hampton space include guest speaker series, book launch series, sound baths, Kundalini yoga, shopping experiences and many more. Come sweat with us! Come meditate with us!
