The Locator 911 is a smart LED light bulb that you use to replace your existing front porch light bulb or light bulb most visible from the road. Download the free Locator 911 mobile app on your smartphone and connect the bulb to your home’s existing Wifi network. The Locator smart bulb is an energy saving smart LED light bulb that shines a bright “daylight” color white light for general use around your home. With The Locator 911 app you can connect multiple Locator smart bulbs and customize each one including a timer on/off function. This easy-to-use feature allows you to determine in advance when you want your porch lights to come on and go off. You can also edit and name each bulb as you connect them so you will know exactly which control within the app controls which bulb on your home. For example, you may have 2 bulbs connected on your front porch and 1 bulb on your back porch. You can name each one according to their location such as “front porch 1”, “front porch 2”, and “back porch”. The everyday features end when 911 is called within The Locator 911 mobile app. When and if 911 services are needed, simply open The Locator 911 app and press the large red “DIAL 911” tab right in the middle of the app home screen. This will take you to a general dial pad where you will input the numbers 911 or your area’s specific emergency numbers. After the number has been entered just hit “CALL”.
