Where’s Apple Pay , PayPal & auto populate on credit cards from password apps? This is a Stone Age app !!! So frustrating and insanely difficult to use!

I don't know how the app was in the past but I've been using it for two years and it works fine. It's not some groundbreaking way to buy tickets but it works just as good as the website which is all you need. Really don't understand the hate and why it has barely over a star.

This app is horrible. Log in is hard, doesn’t stay logged in, doesn’t allow you to see password when it says wrong password. Super hard to use, clunky. They need to scrap this app and start new and look to their movie competitors for a better system. I agree with other review. Bummer.

Never tracks past history. Cannot save tix to Apple wallet.  Signs in and out randomly. We literally only go to this theater because it’s in our neighborhood.   .

The app’s design is bad and it glitches a lot. Doesn’t save your card so always have to enter it but never had issues purchasing luckily. 

Occasionally, the app will glitch and the button icons will double/duplicate :/

This app is the absolutely worst out there.  It’s has webviews all over the place, there’s no Apple Pay support.  It can’t even bring up the credit cards saved in Safari Web View (let alone the Apple Wallet).  It doesn’t support persistent login with Face ID, lacks any type of security to keep payment card credentials safe….  The last update is also 6 months ago, and says something about a new framework was used, yet it is still the worst app on the Apple App Store.

The most basic task of buying tickets takes 10 minutes. You have to enter your credits card info EVERYTIME. 

Embedded menus don’t have a “Back” button. If you look at the seating for one showtime, and you want to compare to another showtime, you have to start over at the Home menu. Just select the theater, the movie, the showtime, and voila, there’s the seat map. Want to see seating for a different time? Start over. 

When you want to buy a ticket, you enter first and last name, card number, CCV, Exp date, your phone number, and zip code. 

If you buy a ticket next week, you have to do this all again. 

The folks who spec’ed or wrote this app clearly have never used it.
